I build systems that turn messy data into decisions — and increasingly, into software that makes those decisions on its own.
Four years across SaaS, fintech and e-commerce: analytics, forecasting, pricing models and the data plumbing underneath them. Today I run Astrameld, an AI automation agency, where the work is LLM agents, retrieval pipelines and workflow automation for teams that would rather not do the repetitive 40% by hand.
I like problems where the answer is a number, and systems that survive their first real user.

How I work
- Scope — start from the decision the work should change, not the model.
- Ship — a rough thing in production beats a perfect thing in a branch.
- Measure — if the impact can't be counted, it probably isn't there.
- Hand over — documented, reproducible, and runnable without me.
